Skin problem,no itching dark pigmented

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I have dark pigmented areas underarm there is no itching ,I used G.V. stain it took colour my doctor said it is a bacterial infection. He gave me agythromycin but I had allergy to it so I stopped .and I used gentamycin cream and clobetasol corticosteroid but no results are there. I am using G.V. stain from last one month but no result..
