  4. Skin problem. 1 year. please help me! i!

My skin is exposed in sun for 5 minutes, my uncovered skin turns red and starts itching badly and then it becomes dry. I did some medication and the results were positive. But again the same problem has started, now mainly on hands. I have been suffering with this since last 1 year. Please help me! I
