Skin problem in neck
My baby has got some rashes under her neck area. Her Dr prescribed her emusone m cream after that rashes had gone but it left white spot again I applied the same ointment  and other day calamine lotion ..but now the skin has become bit rough n dry. Please look at the attachment. Should I consult Dermotlogist?I think it's spreading

This needs a regular moisturizer  ,like white petrolatum , u may give cotaryl af cream or emoderm cream immediately  after bath and three times a day for few weeks

Both images are of different child??? 1st image looks like tineal infection, you should apply ludura cream once a day for 2 wks....then review after 2 wks.... 2nd image, at present wait and watch approach..
