Asked for Male, 22 Years

I've been suffering from a skin bump or cyst in my pubic area since last three days. It's quite painful and it is worst from last days, big in shape and swalowen. Now it's been problem in walking. The cyst is big in shape and very soft and is redish. I'm taking Amoxil tablets but not much improvement is observed. Kindly consult me and give me treatment plan as to get rid of it.
