Skin problem
I think it is psoriasis.
Skin on Palm becoming so hard and there are cracks shown after some day & sometime blood comes out of those cracks.

Thanks for the query.
You need to meet a good Dermatologist to have a proper diagnosis. It could be psoriasis or a skin condition mimicking it. Once the diagnosis is ascertained, proper treatment can be initiated. If it is eczema, an attempt to find the triggers has to be made or else it keeps recurring. There is a patch test available and can be done if your Dermatologist feels the necessity. Do not lose hope and the problem can be cured for sure. Hope it helps.
