I have tiny white spot on my upper lip i remember i got this spot in my puberty time and it does not spread .i dnt think that it is vitiligo becouse if it is vitiligo then it spread but it does not spread but only spread little bit when i eat egg non veg like chickn fish so doctor what is this very confused iam
