Hi, I’ve noticed small dark dots on the skin of my breast. They look like tiny hair follicles and the skin feels smooth — not painful, swollen, or dimpled. From the images it appears normal, and also as you mentioned you are Noting it to be smooth, not swollen or not dimpled, it does not apper anything to worry about.
Perform a self breast examination, once a month, after 7 to 10 days after your periods.
