Hi.. Need some help plz.. For last few months.. I got hard skin on my "one toe finger" and "one hand finger". Rough skin and it itches also.. Sometimes dead skin flakes come off while itching. Have tried few over the counter skin creams like Candid B and Betenovate..Fourderm.. But haven't got relief .. It's not spreading.. But not going away either.. Plz suggest some remedy or skin cream so that I can get rid of this rough and itchy skin. Have attached pictures also. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.. Thanks
