Do you have excess exposure to sun light or travel out doors / ride a bike?
The rash probably looks secondary to sun exposuer - this is referred to as poly morphic light eruption in medical terms. This is not anything serious. Can be adequately treated with tcs based creams for two to three weeks and avoiding sun exposure - keeping areas covered and strict usage of sunscreen. further queries may be sent on follow up messaging.
