Skin problem at neck , backside__may be
My wife is suffering from skin rashes at back side of neck and head. Some doctor told it is a psoriasis but recently some other doctor says it is lichens simplex chronicus pediculosis. Please clarify both ie psoriasis and "lichens symplex chronicus pediculosis'" both are one and the same?
