  4. Skin problem around lips. Help out asap!

Skin problem around lips
From the last 8-10 days the skin around my lips is getting dark and dark. Along with it gets dry after few seconds which causes a white layer to from on it. When I apply some moisturizer or cream to prevent it from drying, it itches a lot.  Please help out asap!!!
