Skin major abrasion

Hi Team, I have meet an accident on last Tuesday and got injuries in my right feet right knees and hand and left hand fingers. Major skin abrasion has happened during the accident. I was falled towards my right shoulder and getting some pain there. I have undergone some shoulders and knee x ray but no fracture got detected. However getting so. Much pain in right hand side shoulder. Applying batedine ontiment from Tuesday but not getting that much relief. Still the wounds and not healed. I am taking one antibiotics and one pain clear with pan 40 as suggested by doctor. Please let me know any other ointment.. Which is heal my wound in a speedy manners. Please help me.
