As the epithelium is intact it is not an abrasion but a bruise. So there is nothing to worry about. Give it two weeks, a bruise goes away in that amount of time by itself.

Take tablet serratiopeptidase 10 mg twice daily for 1 week. It will reduce. Remaining will go in 3 weeks
