Skin lump in chest
I'm a 31 Male. Just noticed a skin lump today a little below my left nipple. It's a little bigger than a pea size and flat and irregular in shape. On a rather hard touch, it hurts. I've also just started working out and doing a lot of strength training with weights. And yes, yesterday I did chest exercises. Could that be the reason? Anything to worry about?
Will be grateful for any suggestions.

Stop doing strenuous exercise initially to start with.
Stop doing chest exercise for couple of days, it may reduce by its own. Nothing to worry about.
