Skin itching red bumps

Asked for Male, 22 Years

My skin is itching with red bumps that look like bug or mosquito bites, but are in clusters, on legs below the knee and especially below the ankle and on hands below the shoulder. I can't stop itching, the number of these spots seems to be growing. There are 20+ such spots on each of the hand and feet.
