Skin Itching problem

Asked for Male, 62 Years

My 92 years old father has skin dryness & itching problem for last 7-8 years. We have consulted doctors and he is applying Coconut Oil all over his body as well as applying OILATUM LOTION every day. There are very small tiny pin like objects which are felt on some parts of his body sometimes.Please suggest a remedy for this problem.
