Skin is getting dried in winter

Asked for Male, 24 Years

My skin only areas on both the sides of my mouth and chin is getting dried and i m feeling burning sensation in those area. With this i m getting a small black marks on fave in that area as well which are itchy and give burning sensation. This problem will only be there in winter and only the mentioned part is getting affected.
