Skin Infection near Private area

Asked for Male, 31 Years

I have skin Infection in private areas when i apply anti fungal infection cream or a Detol antiseptic on it, it goes away for 2-3 days and it return back again. what i do to permanently cure it. Please suggest me any Tablets or antibiotics to cure it internally.
