I have red patches in my groin area, and the infection is increasing n spreading to other places. I have applied tea tree oil regularly but to no avail.

if they r round ring like and itching you could be having fungal infection.Please consult your doctor close by, get it examined and take appropriate treatments for the same.Do not try home remedies for skin problems and worsen the condition.
