I have got some black patches on skin. Sometimes it itches sometimes it don't. What type of skin infection is this and i should consult which doctor.

helloo.. it looks like dry skin and may be dermatitis in early stage . keep your skin moisturise d well and drink lots of water ..consult a dermatologist
