Skin problem
I have a pimple on my leg that fills with pus and then bursts. The infection seems to be spreading to other areas, and the affected spots eventually turn black. What could be the reason for this?"

Pus-filled pimple with spreading infection (folliculitis/furuncle) needs treatment. Clean with antiseptic, apply topical antibiotic (mupirocin/fusidic acid). Oral antibiotics if spreading (cephalexin/cloxacillin). Don't squeeze. Warm compress. If fever, rapidly spreading, or worsening, see doctor immediately. May need drainage.
