Skin fungal infection

Asked for Male, 33 Years

I have fungal infection on back and below the arms pit. The patches are slightly raised and brownish black colour and scaly when rubbed on it. I had flucon 150 and DK gel ointment as per doctor advice for 2week The patches became light but again they reappeared after 2 months and are more darker now. Advice medication

Use fluconazole 400mg just one tab. Apply antifungal powder after bath daily Wear loose fitting cotton clothes Avoid sweating If you are overweight losing weight would also help. Rule out diabetes too.
