Around the upper thighs and private areas it seems that there is fungal infection, appears to be like Tenia infection from last 6 months which comes and go on its own, is it something to worry about, and can anyone suggest some medications .

It looks like a fungal infection. Make sure you wash your clothes in hot water and dry in sunlight. The spores have to die. Consultation is required for prescription.
