Decision of skin grafting is not affected by climate. It wound bed over which skin graft needs to be done should be in good condition with no infection and with good and healthy granulation tissue .
Post op advices should be followed as per your surgeon to increase the graft uptake .
Consult plastic surgeon Or general surgeon .
Hi, skin grafting can be done in any season â the season itself doesn't significantly impact the outcome. What matters more is the wound condition, infection control, and post-op care.
That said, summers can be slightly more challenging due to sweating and heat around the wound area, so proper care becomes even more important.
