High BP in recent winter season
My father, age-69, is taking BP medicine AMlong A( Amlodipine/ Atenol-5/50) and was under control. But, since few days his BP is in higher side, 155/90, 150/90 like this. Kindly suggest is it ik Or some medicine to add. Also, please advice how to control BP. His recent lab report is, Fasting sugar-103 Total cholesterol-162 Triglycerides-166 LDL-97 HDL-32

Take BP readings , 2 times a day. Morning and evening for 3 days . Rest for 30 minutes prior to getting bp checked.
