Asked for Male, 22 Years

I have been having the fungal infection on groin and back thighs for 5 weeks ( like small dots ), I had used itraconazole tab, luliconazole cream and k- fung soap.. I used k- fung for 2 weeks than I stopped it and I used my regular hammam soap fr 4 days. Than I got eczema on my scrotum. Is the cause of eczema is using hammam soap or k- fung soap
