Skin coloured minute bumps and dandruff
The bumps are very small skin coloured, not painful but all over the face mostly on forehead cheeks and near nose. They are not itchy nor painful with no redness they are skin coloured only .
I also have mild dandruff with no ichy scalp.
I have attached the picture of my forehead
The number of bumps are little more than that visible in the picture.
Both tha cheeks have exactly same this as shown in picturr
