Skin colour Small bumps, mild dandruff
I have skin colour small bumps on my forehead and cheeks and near nose they are not itchy nor red.
They are very small. Have been using simple face wash ( from 2 months) and minimalist salicylic acid serum (10 days approx) and hylarounic acid serum ( from 3 months) and la sheild sunscreen from ( 6 months)
What can be done in regarding to this.?

It's acne comedones...Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
