Dear Sir, I have skin boils near my private parts. Some of them are gradually bigger and are of different sizes. They are there from past few years and still are of same size. It doesn't have any irritation or pain. Please find the attached photos of the same and give me guidance regarding this and how to proceed for rectification. Awaiting response with anticipation
