Skin around eyes very dry and red

Asked for Female, 14 Years

The skin around eyes are very tight, dry, red, sore and painful (I literately look like a panda if there was red around a pandas eyes instead of black) and my eyes are watery. They have just flared up a couple of days ago since I got back from Bali but they were dry and red before that. I was using a prescribed cream but I really don’t know what cleared it up as it may have been the climate, etc. Anyway please help me I want it gpone so badly
