Skin allergy issue

Asked for Male, 30 Years

My husband having skin allergy when he ate any sour item like lemon, imli contain food. His skin gets swelled at some points like stomach, arms, near lip, back.. Would you be able to cure this? Why this is happening? We try to avoid these food items but sometimes if by mistake he had then his skin problem again started. Please advice.
