Its a condition called urticaria and u try to identify the trigger for ur allergy and try to avoid it and also try to put ur skin hydrated and its ok to take Levocetrizine for the condition but if not subsiding even with it we need to increase its dose and put some adds on to the treatment
Does this occurs after you take specific type of food or wearing ?
Does any one in your family has asthma??

Hello
Urticaria can be acute or chronic. In your case a markedly elevated white blood cell count (around 20,000) may suggest an underlying or subclinical infection, which can act as a trigger for urticaria—even in the absence of obvious symptoms or signs of infection.
In most cases of acute urticaria, a course of antihistamines for about two weeks is sufficient. However, some patients may require a longer duration of treatment, along with gradual tapering of medications. Abrupt discontinuation can lead to recurrence of symptoms.
Additionally, if a subclinical infection is suspected, it may need to be identified and treated appropriately to achieve complete resolution.
Overall, it is important to undergo proper evaluation and structured treatment to prevent persistence or recurrence of urticaria.
Next Steps
