Skin allergy
Before 15 days back visited in sunlight for whole day. After 3 days skin rash appear on neck region of my son. Then visited doctor. They prescribed momentasone and said don't expose to sunlight. It recover but again reappear again. Now what to do

Thanks for the query.
Probably this is an allergic reaction to sunlight medically termed as polymorphic light eruption abbreviated as PMLE. Topical steroids and adequate sunblock are main stay of treatment. Physical protection in form of broad rimmed hat and umbrellas also helps. Preexposure results in recurrences which are unpredictable.
