Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please consult me in my clinic or consult me by direct online consultation by sending photos as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment

The darkening of skin can be multiple causes like tanning, vitamin B12 deficiency, addisonian pigmentation, acanthosis nigricans, lichen planus pigmentosus, rhiel's melasnosis or several other causes. A proper assessment and examination will help ascertain the proper cause. For loss of glow & dullness - there are antioxidant therapies like glutathione , lasers for rejuvenation, PRP therpy for facial rejuvenation , peels, etc. The BEST cream would depend upon the cause. You should send me images through private online consult for a better assessment of the problem and approaching it accordingly. Hope this is helpful.
