Skin abnormal darkening/sensitivity

Asked for Female, 19 Years

Skin has become excessively darker over the years, especially these past two years after friends and others pointed it out.Very sensitive skin.Started using Neutrogena sunscreen about last year, seems to work okay for my sensitive skin.Also I break out after exposure to sun and ANY makeup even for few minutes-that's how sensitive skin is. Pls help.
