Sir my styloid is elongated
Sir,
I have severe throat pain and ear pain .i have consulted many doctors .These are my report
Blood reports - Normal
endoscopy - normal ,
USG Neck - normal
Thyroid T3,T4,TSH profile - normal
X ray - c spine - Normal
X ray PNS- Normal
But
X ray Styloid - *Elongated*
Doctor says nerve pain.
I have pain that comes beside hyoid bone and radiates to ear .
Sir can anyone please say what could be the main reason this and why I have pain .
I am attaching the x ray Styloid . Please help me understand the actual problem.

It could be a neurogenic pain due to the styloid process sir.. but have u got a CT facial bone done? Is the pain more like radiating or extending from one place to another? U can get the surgery done by ent surgeon or plastic surgeon sir ..
