Sir i had fever ,cold and cough
Sir i had fever ,cold and cough for 1 day and the temperature(102 degree Fahrenheit) is not reducing , it is persistent even after using some tabs ( like paracetamol or Dolo of normal doses ) please suggest me some other  tabs to reduce this fever, cold and cough instantly please sir and i had tested as covid-19 negative now please help me sir

Take naprosyn 250 mg twice daily and pantocid dsr 40 mg once daily....get routine blood tests chest xray done ...den consult a doctor
