Undergone surgery for nasal polyps (right side) 4 times , median maxillectomy done last biopsy report Inverted Papilloma. Still having issues with recurring polyps.
At present have swelling over right cheek .FNAC report Atypical Squamous Papilloma.
Consulted Dental surgeon, CBCT report odontogenic cyst in right maxillary sinus and sinonasal Polyposis. Suggested removal of premolar teeth with cyst .
Kindly give me better advice , what should I do...

Consult ENT surgeon soon. Polyps have tendency to recurring but atypical papilloma shd be focussed upon immediately. Donot see any role of dental surgeon in your case.
Sir you shd visit a good ent hospital and get thorough examination done
Polyps are usually secondary to allergy so u shd take anti allergic medication for a long time
