Polyps surgery
I had undergone my polyps surgery 4-5months back. My doctor advised me for nasal wash for lifetime. Otherwise same problem will come back. Is it so? Is there no permanent cure for this?

U have to keep on washing the nose .... The basic purpose of sinus surgery in an allergic polyp case is to provide access to irrigation which will wash off the allergic chemicals in the nose and that in future will prevent recurrence ... Otherwise u might have to get sinus surgery again

Allergic polyps have a tendency to recur.
Nasal wash and control of allergy by use of local nasal sprays for long-term is needed.
