Hello Doctor. My father 58yrs old, found simple cortical cyst of 3cm in the upper pole of left kidney. Is this something serious? Please Say what should we do?

Firstly, what symptoms led you to do USG? If it was only for a routine check without any symptom, then this may be normal. Please get 'serum creatinine' & 'urine routine' reports. Then see a urologist (kidney surgeon)
