Kidney Large Simple exophytic Cyst!!
Asked for patient Aged 62,Male. Currently having UTI symptoms so took ultrasound and urine culture plus few more tests ,All tests were normal but in Scan it was Highlighted this patient has 5cm * 6cm Large Simple exophytic cyst in right kidney ,My query is whether we have to go for laproscopic surgery straight away or we can wait and watch .Awaiting replies from experts!!
Note : Patient has No symptoms except some Bloating /Gas ,attached scan report with this Message ,Thank you !!
