Hi, According to your described symptoms you seem to be having adhesive capsulitis of shoulder which causes pain in shoulder and restriction of movements of shoulder. If there is more of radiating pain and tingling numbness then it suggests cervical problem. In adhesive capsulitis there is restriction of abduction and external rotation movements which seems to be in your case. This is common in middle aged woman and diabetics. It is advisable for you to take medication for pain and allow movements of shoulder joint. For medication and detailed treatment it is advisable to consult directly with us by taking appointment on Practo for prescription and advise on exercises. Thank you. Your orthopedic doctor.

You are in Allagadda in AP. Your problem is commonly called FROZEN SHOULDER. Get your sugar levels checked as it is common in diabetic patients. Do an x ray shoulder and blood tests FBS, HBA1C and PRBS. It’s better to get an online consultation with the doctor your trust.
Next Steps
Tab etoshine 90mg twice a day for three days for temporary relief.

Hi First of all I need to know what went wrong Your age Underlying conditions diabetes or hypertension Any history of trauma Since when you are facing this issue If it’s radiating pain with tingling and numbness then it’s related to cervical spine If it’s localised pain at shoulder Then shoulder is culprit Any both cases MRI will help to diagnose properly Start with Tab Ultracet twice a day for 5 days and see if there is any pain reduction
