While doing the surya namaskar I had pain in the right shoulder. I have kept my total body weight under two palms and I was in air for few seconds then I felt pain and I stopped it.
I have taken pain killer but it's only for few hours. Again pain is there .it's almost ten days.
I able to move the hand upside and down .

Due to your profession probably the right shoulder was stiff. Doing this exercise stretched your shoulder beyond the flexibility that you had and is paining. Use your shoulder in a ergonomic manner and do shoulder stretching exercises.
