When I move up my shoulder I m getting pain in shoulder what is the problem from yesterday night my left shoulder is paining too much..how can I get rest m fear of having cancer my physiotherapy is going on done with xray it's shows cervical lordosis and my physiotherapist is not allowing me to go for mri she told nothing is der everything's is ok why u r going for mri.
