Right shoulder pain for the past 4 days. Might have caused due to use of spring matress in hotel and continous listening of class by sitting position as I am under training

Hi Do you have diabetes mellitus? May be chances of early changes of frozen shoulder So please consult your nearest orthopaedic or physiotherapy clinic and start taking treatment for that
