Shoulder pain
I have pain in my left shoulder which is unbearable when I raise arm or try to pull arm backwards. Earlier the same was with right shoulder but it is ok now. Even little jurks also hurts on left shoulder.

Hi First of you have tell your age and if you have some condition like diabetes or thyroid problem You need examination of the shoulder joint and if not possible go and get an ultrasound of the joint. To begin with you will have to take medication and once pain is decreased start proper exercises In case you want to contact on phone and discuss your problem you can do it through this app.

Hi hi, are you diabetic? from your history it seems like your having subacromial impingement it occurs sometimes due to nature of activity you are involved in sometimes due to abnormal anatomy sometimes due to physiological factors such as diabetes
