I don't know it's been two years now that I have pain in left neck to shoulder area and it goes till shoulder blade I have been to many physiotherapists but they always say muscle stiff and never got desired results and I m now so sick and tired of it...could somebody help me?

A diagnosis of why your shoulder is painful is important.
I would recommend a detailed clinical examination by a shoulder specialist.
Hot fomentation x twice daily.
Neck Exercises.
Neck Stretching.
Postural Correction.
Shoulder Shrugs .
Core Strengthening Exercises.
Take frequent Breaks at work
Use cervical pillow.
Use Back Support.
Self Massage the back of neck.
Stiff neck can be sign or symptom ,however problem can only be treated if proper diagnosis and comprehensive program of rehab(in your case)is done.Get it examined well it must get well.
Sometimes it's also depends on your occupation.you should know cause of pain also like lifting heavy weight or sedentary life or work on lap top , your posture, and some times vit.b12 deficiency, so visit orthopedic dr. In physiotherapy only taking session is not enough follow up also required in exercise.So u need to strengthen your upper back muscles.There are lot of exercises are there to strengthen.Posture correction is also important.
