To consult a orthopaedic surgeon clinically evaluate if required MRI followed by Physio and if symptoms persist may plan for arthroscopy and repair

Start with hot water formantation for 15mins, apply myolaxin ointment or any pain relief ointment.. do all shoulder movements with half kg weights.. u should be fine..
or visit physiotherapy for strengthening exercises.!
