As per MRI report, treatment in the form of adequate rest for the tear to heal followed by good physiotherapy is required as inital treatment
Next Steps
Continue rest and avoid getting back to gym as of now. Get good physiotherapy to strengthen your muscles
Health Tips
Do not get back to Gym before the tear heals, or else the small tear might will eventually go for a complete tear which may need surgery
