I was having cervical and pain in my right shoulder very much. I today have taken xray. Please tell whether xray  is ok or not

HI Xray seems to be normal. You should visit nearby orthopaedic doctor for opinion regarding medications and physical therapy. It needs to be examined in person to see different muscles group.
